Shoulders pain is one of the most prevalent couse pain in man. There are many inflammatory mediators which could be associated with shoulders pain. Photobiomodulation it seems to be a good solution for this problem. Photobiomodulation is result of the low level laser therapy. Photobiomodulation there is non- pharmacological therapy which modulats many inflammatory mediators in shoulders pain especially after injury.
